These cushions are all hand-stitched patchwork and reverse appliqué work by the master women artisans of the Meghwar community in Sindh, Pakistan or hand-knotted woollen mini carpet cushions by the Amazigh (Berber) woman in the Sahara desert of Morocco.

The patchwork cushions are made by Meghwar tribal women who are famous for their quilts and the cushions are made so they can produce smaller, quicker items for sale. They are beautifully made with a sturdy zip at the back, with a vintage-style maroon cotton backing. The front is made from bright cotton fabrics. They wash beautifully and add a contemporary art piece to make any decorating scheme really pop. A collector's piece in their own right at a very affordable price.
